Eliza Earle is an adventure sports photographer and filmmaker born and raised in New England, though she now spends most of her time roaming around the western United States and abroad.
With a strong background in painting and performance art, she first started shooting photos and video in her early twenties as an artistic outlet during her outdoor pursuits in climbing. Learning to capture the performance of individuals interacting with the outdoors was a completely new way to tell stories and one that engaged Eliza’s creativity on a whole new level. Since then, Eliza has gone from producing and filming award winning climbing documentaries with some of the industry's top production companies to creating her own images as a full time freelance photographer.
Eliza is an avid climber, endurance athlete, and certified Wilderness First Responder. After moving into her car in 2016, Eliza lives on the road year-round and tries to focus most of her free time towards leading a sustainable life that values quality experiences in the outdoors.
In between assignments and production work, she enjoys the simplicity of living on the road, climbing, running up big mountains, and taking photos for her daily blog. With the flexibility to follow the seasons and explore new terrain, she is constantly inspired by the people she meets and the stories that follow them.
